As we close another wonderful school year, we'd like to wish a fond farewell to all the children and staff who are leaving us today to begin exciting new adventures. Thank you for being such an important part of our school community—we wish you every happiness and success in the next chapter of your journey.

We would also like to say a heartfelt thank you to all our families for your thoughtful cards, kind words and generous gifts. Your support and appreciation mean so much to us.

It's been a fantastic year filled with learning, laughter and special memories, and we're incredibly proud of everything our children have achieved.

We hope everyone has a safe, relaxing and well-deserved Summer break. We look forward to welcoming many of you back in the new school year!

Today, the Infants had such a lovely 'Celebration Together Time.' First of all, we celebrated all our children for being such amazing superstars all year. Then we celebrated our wonderful Miss Talbot who is getting married in August. In September she will be the wonderful Mrs Mason! We all hope she has a truly fabulous wedding day.

We're starting to wonder if we're running a school... or opening a new department store! 😄

Our lost property collection has reached epic proportions, and we're sure many of these items are missing their owners.

👕🧥🎒👟 If you think something might belong to your family, please pop in and have a look before the end of today. Any unclaimed items will be disposed of.

Help us reunite these lonely belongings with their rightful owners! ❤️

Don't forget to drop off your outgrown uniform into the collection box in our WISH Pantry on the top car park this afternoon, our Pantry will be left open for you to pop in. We hope to see you at the uniform swap shop events which have been organised by The Village Harrogate.

After many weeks of creating, developing and evaluating our Year 6 sports leaders ran their completed mini-games for the Year 2 children — they enjoyed lots of smiles, stickers and fun. The leaders were wonderful with the children giving clear, simple directions; well done to all the children involved; we’ve got some fantastic sports leaders in the making!

Lots of steps, lots of laughs and lots of fun for Year 6 today! ☀️🎬

Our Year 6 children enjoyed a special trip to the Odeon in Harrogate to watch Toy Story as they continue celebrating the end of their time at Saltergate. It was a lovely chance to spend time together and make a few more happy memories before the end of term.

After the film, everyone enjoyed a picnic on the field with some refreshing drinks to help keep cool in the sunshine.

A brilliant day all round! 💙

Please collect any lost property before we close for the summer on Friday.

School staff are encouraging pupils to take their belongings home and will be bringing any unclaimed items from around school to the Junior School entrance for collection.

Any lost property that has not been collected by the time school closes on Friday will be disposed of.
