A while ago I posted about all the different ways messy play furthers your child’s development and this post digs a little deeper into just one of the ways mentioned : PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT

So often, we focus on how much messy and sensory play benefits your child’s brain development, butted not forget all the physical benefits too!

When they are getting stuck in to all our Exploration Stations they are doing things like :

⭐️ Reaching & grasping
⭐️Squeezing & patting

Which then 👇

⭐️ Builds hand strength & coordination
⭐️ Works on sensory integration
⭐️ Builds core strength
⭐️ Develops fine motor control

All of these things are AMAZING for your child and the fact that you get to join in and play and chat with other like minded mamas is just a bonus!
