The Breath Running Coach is taking on an incredible challenge: running 200 marathons across 25 locations in 100 days to raise money for two brain injury charities:
He’ll be coming to Harpenden between 20th–23rd July, and local runners are encouraged to join him for a 5K or 10K loop , or even more or less depending on what suits you. The pace for the 10K will be around an hour or slower, so it’s designed to be inclusive and social rather than competitive.
I was involved in a similar challenge a few years ago and can honestly say how rewarding these events are, not just physically, but also from the sense of community and shared purpose that builds around them. Supporting someone taking on such a huge endurance challenge for charity is incredibly inspiring.
There is also a WhatsApp community group for Harpenden where all the details, timings, meeting points, and updates will be shared for anyone interested in joining or supporting along the way

Feeling incredibly proud of Ella today.
After tearing her adductors and hamstring in Athens, she approached her recovery sensibly, stayed disciplined, and only tested her legs again on Friday.
To then step up at the British Fencing U14 Championships today and fence the way she did… just incredible.
Not just the performance, but the resilience, determination, and courage it took to get there. A truly amazing achievement.
