We were delighted to welcome more than forty former students back to the Vaughan for a memorable reunion on Saturday . OV's enjoyed a surprise organ performance by one of our sixth formers, which set a wonderful tone for the morning. They enjoyed a tour of the school from our Headmaster Aaron Cosgrove, offering a chance to see how the school has changed over the last 50 years while sharing stories from their own time here.

A particular highlight was the return of former Head Teacher, Father Anthony Pellegrini! We will be sharing more photos to you all shortly.

As we look ahead to our Golden Alumni Reunion, today’s Throwback Thursday takes us right back to the early days of Cardinal Vaughan. This photograph, taken from some of our earliest archives, reminds us just how far our community has come.

Whether your memories are vivid or feel like a lifetime ago, this weekend is all about reconnecting, celebrating shared history and honouring the generations who helped shape the Vaughan we know today.

Burns Night is one of the highlights of the Vaughan school calendar, and we would be delighted to welcome our alumni to join us.

Location: The Cardinal Vaughan Memorial School, New Hall

Tickets are £30 per person. The price includes a traditional Burns Night dinner, including the classic combination of haggis, neeps, and tatties. During the evening a raffle will take place.
