As we count down to National Teaching Assistants' Day, we're celebrating apprentices who are developing their skills and making a positive impact in schools.

Nooria, a Level 3 Teaching Assistant apprentice at Grange Primary School, chose an apprenticeship to gain practical experience while building her knowledge. Throughout her programme, she has grown in confidence, developed a deeper understanding of pupils' needs, and seen first-hand the positive impact of her support in the classroom.

Now, after completing her apprenticeship, Nooria's ambition is to continue her professional development and progress to a Level 5 Teaching Assistant qualification.

👏 Well done, Nooria, and best of luck with the next stage of your career.

As we count down to National Teaching Assistants' Day, we're celebrating apprentices like Elif Ceritli, who has used her Teaching Assistant apprenticeship to grow her skills, confidence and experience in the classroom.

Through her apprenticeship, Elif developed her communication skills, built confidence supporting pupils, and discovered a passion for helping children with SEN.

"The best thing about my job is supporting the children and making them happy."
