Suffolk & Norfolk Field of Poppies

Suffolk & Norfolk Field of Poppies 2 schools in East Anglia have re-created the Tower of London "Fields of Poppies" art installation ready for a Remembrance Service to never forget.

Martham Primary School in Norfolk and Holton St Peter Primary School in Suffolk have joined forces to re-create the Tower of London's art installation
"Blood Swept Lands and Seas of Red"

The two schools are working with pupils, teachers, parents, governors and local community members to make as many poppies as possible by 11th November and create their very own art installations on the school grounds. They will each then have their own community Remembrance Services with The Last Post being played by local community members from each. If you would like to get involved, please contact Mr Holt at Holton St Peter (01986 872297) or Mrs Elliott at Martham (01493 740071) for more details. Each school will need a large supply of plastic bottles of all shapes and sizes and black buttons. If you can help with these supplies, please drop them off at the school.
