We use finger puppets, counting mitts, parachutes, bubbles and more each week to encourage your little one’s development. Music Bugs run fun, interactive, play-based music and singing classes for under 5's in the areas of Kidderminster, Halesowen, Stourbridge and surrounding areas.

40 minute classes, packed full of fun activities for your little one. Percussion instruments, puppets, pom poms, parachute play, sensory play, knee bouncers, finger play rhymes, counting songs and much much more. Our sessions are relaxed and informal - your child is encouraged to move around and mingle/explore during the session and to take the class at their own pace. We see over 400 children each week across our settings and placements it’s fair to say we see a lot of different children at different changes and EVERY SINGLE CHILD is unique.

They develop at different rates, have different personalities, different confidence levels, different ways of communicating and different ways of exploring the world around them.

Some children will sit and watch. Some will be straight into everything. Some will sing every word. Some won’t make a sound. Some will stay right beside their grown-up and some will be halfway across the room before you’ve even taken your coat off. 😂

And all of that is OK.

Our classes are about giving children opportunities to play, explore, move, sing, listen, interact and learn in their own way and at their own pace. And if that means just sitting and quietly observing- then that is good enough for us.

So yes, we have a few hills we’re quite prepared to die on.

Have a whiff of our Lavender and play in our sensory garden as we sing all about ‘Our Clever Bodies’ in class this week.

From listening with our ears to quiet and loud, meeting our Finger Family again, (I’m still struggling to get my sister finger up 🤣) and that sounds wrong on so many levels but you’ll understand what I mean if you come to class 🙈. I have zero issues with brother finger though, I seem to have perfected that one well 🥴🤣

Anyway…….

We’re fully booked tomorrow and Friday at 9.45.

We do have spaces for Mini Bugs (6 months to 24 months) tomorrow at 10.45 or Baby Bugs (non walkers) Friday at 10.45

⭐️Got a photo we can share? ⭐️

We love it when you share your photos with us. It shows other potential customers what happens in our classes and we love that.

However, in a world that’s becoming very AI driven, we understand that you may not want to share your little one’s face.

We’re happy to accept all photos as long as they’re of your child only. We’re happy if you would like to blur out their face or leave it fully visible. Got a cute video/photo of your little one’s hand shaking instruments, or from the back of their head reaching for bubbles, that’s ok too.

It is always a choice on you sharing your pictures and we are truly grateful for anyone who does share them with us in whichever capacity suits you best.

Photos shared may be used in our marketing or by head office.

What a great time we’re having with our Pirates theme this week. I’ve had lots of fun today with my Wonderful Wednesday Crew. We missed our poorly ones - hopefully you’ll be back next week! We certainly will!

Pirates continues tomorrow & Friday. Both 9.45 classes are fully booked but there is space tomorrow at 10.45 for Mini Bugs (6 months to 24 months) or Friday Baby Bugs (non walkers).
