Job Overview

We are seeking a caring and responsible addition to our childcare family. The ideal candidate will be passionate about educating and caring for children, creating a safe and nurturing environment while promoting learning and growth.

Duties

Work alongside two Ofsted childminders caring for a group of children aged 0-10 with the majority of the children been under 5.
Engage children in educational activities and play to support their development
Perform typical childcare duties such as feeding, changing, and supervising children
To have a small group of key worker children to assess and track based on the EYFS framework
To complete regular and up to date required training such as Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding and Food Hygiene
Help maintain a safe and clean environment for the children which would include some cleaning duties e.g. sweeping/mopping
Requirements

* Enhanced DBS and update service registration
* Level 3 or higher qualification in Childcare
* Recent experience in childcare is desirable
* Up to date qualifications in Paediatric first aid, Safeguarding and Food Hygiene would also be desirable but not essential as these can be completed upon training

Hours: to be confirmed: Monday to Friday
