​If you’ve been thinking about getting involved in Taekwondo, we are out at Foster's Field in Gunnislake tomorrow for the Funday!

​Come pop along, say hello, and have a chat with us. We’ll be meeting around 12:00 with our demo kicking off at 12:30.

​Whether you’re looking to build confidence, get fit, learn real martial arts, or just get the kids into something active, we train across Tavistock, Launceston, and Gunnislake, keeping the momentum going all summer long:

​🔥 5 nights a week across our venues

⏰ 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM (1 hour a night)

📌 Note: These 1-hour sessions are our summer training times, which will switch back to our standard schedule once normal term time starts!

🎁 FIRST MONTH TOTALLY FREE – come give it a proper go, zero pressure.

What an amazing morning at Copper Valley Primary Academies careers day. What an amazing bunch of children they are. All years from and including reception to year 5.
Along with myself and Mrs Anna Hunt we had help from Ethan Hunt.
Along with this we have an awesome work experience student coming to experience Taekwondo instructing for a week. Today we threw her in the deep and she smashed it.
Thank you Copper Valley for having us.

This will be our first Demo of the year.
Going to be fun.

A huge shout-out today to the single mums, the mums who step up to fill both roles, and those acting as both mum and dad. You carry double the load, do double the driving, and give double the encouragement. We see how hard you work for them, we appreciate you, and today is absolutely for you, too.
