This week it’s Campfire Cooking Week at Little Foresters!
Join us from 9am – 10am at Longacre School as we make some delicious treats on the campfire in the Outdoor Classroom before heading off for some sensory play in the mud kitchen, bug hunting and more!
There is no minimum age for children attending but they must be steady on their feet. Each session costs £2.50.

This week it’s the RSPB Big Garden Birdwatch Week at Little Foresters!
Join us from 9am – 10am every term-time Tuesday as we take part in the UK's biggest citizen science wildlife survey and explore the woods at Longacre School to discover which birds call it home.
There’ll also be lots of sensory play in the mud kitchen, bug hunting and more, before we sit down to enjoy a yummy snack in the outdoor classroom during story time!

We’re back and ready for a brand-new term at Longacre School!
Join us on Tuesday 16th January for a roarsome time with Dinosaur week as we go on a special orienteering dinosaur trail through the woods, get busy in the mud kitchen and more, before enjoying a yummy snack in our outdoor classroom during story time!
Sessions run 9am – 10am every Tuesday term-time and there is no minimum age for children attending but they must be steady on their feet.

Join us for the first session of the summer term as we get busy with Spring crafts on Tuesday 25th April!
Using natural materials we find in the woods, we’ll be busy creating our own Spring themed masterpieces in our covered outdoor classroom, before heading off for some fun in the woods as we explore the mud kitchen, water runs, and go bug hunting!

Escape the rain and still have fun outside with your little one in our outdoor classroom at Little Foresters!
Join us for the final session of the term as we settle down around our camp fire to make some camp fire cakes – the perfect end of term treat!

There is no minimum age for children attending but they must be steady on their feet. Sessions will take place in all weathers so please make sure to dress appropriately. Each session will end with a drink and a snack for both toddlers and parents.
The toddler group sessions cost £2.50 per session including refreshments.

This week in Little Foresters was a Mother’s Day special, with our little ones all using materials found in the woods to create some stunning baby owls to give to their Mums, before setting off on their adventures!
From building wooden towers and homes for our wooden animals, to getting messy in the mud kitchen, lots of fun was had before we all settled back down for a snack and our story of the week – Owl Babies.

Join us tomorrow as we explore the outdoors, go bug hunting, get messy in the mud kitchen, stretch our legs in the wonderful woodland playground, and learn how to use hammers!
