What a transformation! These photos were taken a year apart by my daughter who thinks I am unrecognisable from last year! It is a total transformation in many ways; not just the incredible weight-loss ( 3 stone and 6 lbs so far) but also a sense of inner connection with who I am and what I actually want in my life. My core values are love, integrity, adventure, freedom and courage. I know this because I am a qualified life coach, and it is important for each of us to discover our values and live in them.; just one part of the process involved in making a life-changing transformation.
