Our usual Monday night Zumba class is getting a spooky makeover next week as we join the team at Impulse Leisure for a fantastic evening of fitness, fun and fundraising!

We’re coming together to raise money for the Basildon Breast Cancer Care Unit, and we’d love you to join us! 💕

Get ready for three hours of Zumba, dance and fitness with a brilliant line-up of instructors!

🎃 Fancy dressing up? Halloween costumes, spooky outfits and plenty of pink are encouraged, but completely optional!

And a massive THANK YOU to everyone who joined me at Belhus this morning — a brilliant class and exactly the energy I needed! 🙌💃

And then there’s something a little special this weekend…

💙 SUNDAY – ALZHEIMER’S SOCIETY MEMORY WALK, CHELMSFORD

I’ll be at Hylands Park on Sunday morning leading the Zumba warm-up before the Chelmsford Memory Walk! The walk starts at 11am, with everyone encouraged to arrive from 10am to enjoy the pre-walk activities — including Zumba!

There’s a choice of 2km or 7km routes, and it’s FREE to register. It would be fantastic to see some familiar faces there supporting such an important cause. 💙
