Yoga movement is great for body & sensory awareness, Developing good posture, balance, mobility & flexibility, and Helping fine & gross motor skills. Rhymes help Improve communication, language & literacy skills.

📖 A new chapter begins.
🌈We opened Teddys Playrooms over a year ago, straight out of lockdown. It helped ours, and many children develop their confidence, social skills, have fun, learn and play. It helped parents get of the house, and meet new friends. We’ve loved seeing your babies grow, our youngest guest just a few days old. We’ve had so much fun. Thank you so much for your support.

🧸Due to several factors, we have sadly decided to close the Playrooms.
