Imagine starting the school year with a visit from a legend... THE legend!

On Thursday, our children started the school Year with a surprise visit from the Gladiator Legend! He kindly gave his time to answer children's questions and greet parents at the end of the day.

Mrs Kohli and Miss Hogan also spent some time talking to him about our wonderful school community and all the things we do to promote health and fitness.

What a way to start the school year!

We'd like to say a huge thank you to all of our Brockhurst families for your continued support throughout the year. It has been a pleasure working in partnership with you to help our children learn, grow and thrive.
To our incredible Year 6 children, we wish you every success as you begin your next adventure. We are so proud of everything you have achieved and know you will go on to do amazing things. Good luck – you'll always be part of the Brockhurst family! 💙

Year 5/6 have taken part in a special Greek Day today to launch their new history topic: Ancient Greece. 🇬🇷 Children have stepped back in time to explore life in Ancient Greece through a range of fun and engaging activities!🙂

Good luck to our incredible Year 6 children as you begin your SATs tomorrow 🌟

We are so proud of each and every one of you and all the hard work you have put in. Remember, these tests do not define you - your kindness, courage and determination shine far brighter. Just try your best and believe in yourselves.

In April, our service children celebrated 'Month of the Military Child'.
We have had a visit from Jo and Lucy from Aggies who painted dandelions and wrote poems to do with how we felt about being a military child.

We had a visit from Hernan from Never Such Innocence who helped us create artwork using printing and collage based on the theme of Winds of Change. Our paintings have been entered into a competition too!

Lastly, we had a virtual visit from Elise Norris, who is a military wife and author of a set of books about a military child. We are lucky to now have copies of these books which the children can borrow and take home to share with their families.
