Children + Christmas is the perfect mix 🥰
It's beginning to look alot like Christmas here now. The children have helped decorate their very own tree this morning. Lots of colours and counting along the way. 🎄 ⭐

Wrapped up looking for different colours in the woods. 🍁🌲
We were struggling to find some red until we came across some berries, and then one of the children also noticed I had red nail varnish on. What great observation skills 👀

Today we visited Gloucester cathedral which included the Harry potter corridors which I was a fan of 🧙 such an amazing building.

I am super happy and extremely proud to say I have been awarded an ⭐ 'Outstanding'⭐ for my inspection. Only 14% of childminders in the UK are awarded an outstanding.

I just want to thank all the little ones and their wonderful parents/families as definitely a huge contribution to how it all works 💗

We are currently at centre parcs for the weekend so a perfect celebration 🎉

One of my favourite sections of of my report:

"The childminder creates a truly magical and engaging curriculum that inspires children to
grow and learn with curiosity as they experience the awe and wonder of the world aroundthem. For instance, she regularly takes children on trips to a local woodland where they are free to explore, create and investigate. Children know the woodland well and delight inventuring out to discover. They talk about the different things they can find and see and relishthe opportunity to talk about the things that interest them".

Everyday we read books together.
Here are a few of our books we have been reading recently. We visit the library every other week and they all pick a book each then I pick a few. Here are some of our recent books. Sometimes they are on topic/relevant to something happening. Sometimes just for fun!

We make sure to try at get out every single day. That might be discovering new places or just a favourite place to play!

Our recent days have included:
Garden allotments to visit the scarecrows, a fruit farm, many many parks, toddler play groups, a visit to the shops (where they can help pick out items we need and pay for them), and our childminder group.
