We Believe You Achieve is exploring the possibility of running afternoon sessions for young people who are Electively Home Educated, particularly those with SEND, SEMH or who struggled in mainstream education.
Many families choose home education because school simply wasn’t working for their child. We are looking at creating a safe, supportive space where young people can rebuild confidence, develop skills and connect with others.
These sessions may include:
- Mentoring and wellbeing support
- Boxing and fitness activities
- Life skills and confidence building
- English and maths support
- Vocational tasters (beauty, construction, digital media etc.)
- A safe place to socialise and build friendships
We are gathering feedback from parents to see if this would be helpful for families in the local area.
If you have a home educated young person aged 11–16, we would really appreciate you taking 2 minutes to complete this short survey.
