Dollar Academy is a prestigious boarding and day secondary school established in 1818. It is located in the scenic town of Dollar and is surrounded by beautiful natural landscapes, including rolling hills and open green fields.
Behind Back Road, near Dollar Academy, there are charming houses set against a peaceful countryside backdrop. The area offers stunning views of the surrounding hills, as shown in the picture, with wide grassy fields in the foreground and trees lining the horizon.
A short distance away is Dollar Golf Club, which is situated on top of a hill. From there, visitors can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the town and the surrounding countryside. At the entrance of the golf club, there is a charity honesty box where visitors who wish to play golf during the weekend can place their fee.
Adding to the beauty of the area, a large stream flows down from the hills. The water passes through the residential area and runs alongside a picturesque road, creating a calm and refreshing atmosphere. Overall, the location combines educational heritage, natural beauty, and recreational facilities, making it a peaceful and attractive place to visit.
