Meet Calum McKinnie – One of Our Top KOMBAT Athletes

Calum currently holds a 100% knockout rate in Thailand — and when you see him fight, it’s no mystery why. He’s one of the most dangerous athletes to step into the ring, blending raw power with some of the highest fight IQ I’ve ever witnessed.

Calum made the bold decision to dedicate his life to Muay Thai by moving to Thailand, immersing himself in the sport and learning from the best in the world. His goal? To one day bring that knowledge back to Scotland — but not before making his mark.

Along the way, he’s picked up two championship titles:
– Phang-Nga, Khao Lak Champion 66kg (2023)
– Patong International Champion 68kg (2024)

I’ve been working with Calum longer than any other athlete, and his evolution has been something special. He breaks opponents down like chopping wood — calculated, relentless, and brutal. His ability to read, adapt, and dismantle an opponent is a masterclass in striking strategy.

Combine that with strength I still haven’t seen matched, and you’ve got an athlete on a serious rise. Calum will be back competing again this year — and he’s only just getting started.

We’ve had the privilege of working with Scott Bruce for a long time, and if there’s anyone who defines natural talent, it’s him. Scott’s striking is razor-sharp and constantly evolving, with high-level precision and power that make him a serious threat on the feet. Add to that his strong wrestling and highly technical ground game, and you’ve got a complete, well-rounded problem for anyone in his division.

Scott isn’t just skilled — he’s dangerous everywhere the fight goes. Keep your eyes on him — he’s one of the brightest talents coming through, and he’s only getting better.
