The choice to stay, or go.

The choice to do or not do.

The choice to take a chance or not to.

Let me explain. The opportunities for choosing is increasingly reducing for a lot of people in various ways. So, each day I'm embracing that I get to choose.

Day 1 of June. the choice to reconnect with nature and tend to my plant babies 🌿🌱 Why? because self awareness, self regulation and respect and care for all living things are wonderful human skills to nurture.

How to Find Your Hustle is a summer programme for females in Glasgow, Dundee and Helensburgh — for females who wants to build something real, without burning themselves out in the process.

Inspired by ikigai 🇯🇵 — the art of finding purpose at the intersection of what you love 💛, what you're good at 💪, what the world needs 🌍, and what can sustain you 🌱.

This isn't about working harder. It's about working out what's actually worth working on.

Somewhere along the way, "hustle" became about burning out, grinding endlessly, and making money at any cost. We don't think that's hustle. We think that's just exhaustion with a better Instagram filter.

Real hustle? That's when what you do every day actually lines up with who you are.

After its popularity at Remote Alba Fest last year, NomadAlba Collective is exploring launching How to Find Your Hustle — a full day masterclass session for females in Glasgow, Dundee, Helensburgh.

Inspired by the Japanese concept of ikigai — the sweet spot between what you love, what you're good at, what the world needs, and what can sustain you — this programme will help you:

✦ Cut through the noise and get clear on what actually matters to you
✦ Identify your real skills and values to build out a career portfolio (not just what looks good on a CV)
✦ Connect your ideas to causes and communities you genuinely care about
✦ Walk away with a business or social enterprise idea that's truly yours

Live in-person sessions in the local area + flexible online learning — built around your life, not the other way around.
