I KNOWWWW 🙄 but HOW do I stick to it??
It’s less about creating the ‘perfect’ plan, and more about finding something that actually fits your life
Something you can manage on a normal Wednesday
Something you can keep up even when you’re knackered, it’s chucking it down outside, and you’ve got 100 other things on
What’s one thing you can definitely do this week?
Can you plan and cook a meal with 35g protein in it?
Can you do that once a week for the rest of the month?
How about we double it to 2 days a week next month?
That’s how a difference can be made in the long term 🔁

ONCE YOU TRACK YOU CAN’T GO BACK !!
is what I would say if I was a coach who didn’t teach my clients about healthy portion sizes, easy food swaps and how to eat the same meals on repeat (trust me this isn’t as bad as it sounds)
Tracking is a TOOL. Short term it shows you patterns in your eating and from that you can see what you need to change in order to get to where you want to be
It might mean you reduce your Friday night wine 👀 or increase your fibre and protein
But regardless, it’s not supposed to be used perfectly forever

Make cardio fun again !!! ✊🏻
I was SICK of doing the stairmaster four times a week so I came up with these wee half our bursts of movement to spice it up a bit
There’s really no rules when it comes to cardio training and it’s more about moving in a way that feels manageable, somewhat enjoyable and that raises your heart rate (most of us will be good at about 130-155bpm)

I’m not a typical gym girlie PT with matching set brand deals and the top 3 exercises to grow your shelf 🍑😛✌🏼
More like someone who goes because she enjoys it (most of the time lol), wants to build a bit of muscle and feel strong and healthy
You don’t need to have it all figured out when you first start out, I’m still not sure how to use some machines and it’s been 5 years 🫣
It’s more important that you just start. Patch the tiny wee sports bras, ask for help when you’re there and take the fist step towards becoming the best version of you

I could go on forever about how amazing my clients are, but I’ll let these slides do the talking 🤩
It’s not until you sit back and look at where you’re at now that you realise all those tiny changes you made to your day, sessions you couldn’t be bothered doing but did anyway and time you spent learning about good nutrition really did compound to make a huge difference

I’M FAT !!!
Just kidding I had a pizza for dinner last night and the scale went up a wee bit cause it’s not my usual kind of food 🤪
I’m not going to panic and restrict my eating today
I’ll just go back to having all the meals I normally have and my scale weight will do its thang
This Christmas, leave the scales in the cupboard. Celebrate the graft you’ve put in for the other 51 weeks of the year and chill oot for a bit, trust me your body will thank you
Just don’t scran all the ferrero rocher’s in the one day 😅
