A huge thank you to our wonderful PTA for organising a fantastic ‘Spring Fling’ disco for our Junior School and Transitus pupils last Wednesday! 🌸💃🕺
There were dancing shoes, big smiles and plenty of party games throughout the evening.
We’re also grateful to our parent and S6 helpers, and School Captain for their brilliant support on the night. What a team! 💜

On Friday, we were delighted to welcome a team from St John Scotland to our School. They worked with our Junior and Senior pupils, teaching them the vital skills needed to restart someone’s heart.

Our pupils learned how to perform CPR without any equipment, as well as how to use the School’s defibrillator. It was an invaluable morning of hands-on learning and confidence building.

A huge thank you to the St John Scotland team for their time, expertise, and the life saving knowledge they shared with us.💛💜

Jessie and her horses have had a very successful weekend at the British Dressage Regionals at Bogenraith Equestrian Centre.

Yet another enjoyable and hugely successful World Book Day on Thursday! The Junior School let their creativity flow as they dressed-up as either their favourite Julia Donaldson or Roald Dahl character. Well done, everyone; we think the photos speak for themselves! 🤩

Updating our School recommendations of favourite books, a book swap, House quizzes and an assembly led by our Reading Leadership Team were just some of the activities which took place throughout the day.

A reminder to all parents that the Scholastic travelling Book Fair will be with us in the playground from next Wednesday 18th March. 📚💜

As we round up our activities from Children's Mental Health Week 2026 'This is My Place', our Junior School pupils wrote about their feelings towards belonging to their place, Belmont House School.
