General
1.1 These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all contracts for the supply of Services by us to you and shall prevail over any other documentation or communication between us.
1.2 Any variation to these Terms and conditions shall be inapplicable unless agreed in writing by us.
1.3 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall prejudice any condition or warranty, express or implied, or any le
gal remedy to which we may be entitled in relation to the Services, by virtue of any statute law or regulation.
1.4 Nothing in these Terms and conditions shall affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
2. We endeavour to respond to all email correspondence within two working days.
3. Confidentiality & Data Protection
3.1 Information disclosed by you will be kept confidential and shared only with relevant staff providing the service as agreed.
3.2 All information retained by us will be processed strictly in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998 and its successors. Such information shall be held solely for the purposes of fulfilling the contract.
3.3 We will not transmit any personal data held on behalf of the client except where a) The transfer is a necessary part of the work undertaken to fulfil the contract or b) There is a requirement to do so by operation of the law.
4. Payment of our Fees
4.1 Our fees are as quoted to you at the time of booking.
4.2 50% of the total cost of the course you have booked is payable at the time of booking. Should payment not be received within 4 working days of us confirming to you that your place on a course is booked, we shall cancel your booking.
4.3 The remaining 50% of the cost of your course is due in full between the date of booking the course and 14 days before the course date.
5. Cancellation
Classes can be rearranged, or cancelled with a full refund, 14 days before the date of your chosen course. No refund shall be available to any customer who seeks to cancel 13 days or less before the date of your chosen course. We will endeavour to rearrange your booking to a more suitable time, depending on availability of course places.
6. If You Are Unhappy
We are proud to deliver an excellent service to all of our customers. However, should you be unsatisfied with the service we provide we ask that you contact us at the email address noted above with any issues you would like to raise.
7. Governing Law And Jurisdiction
Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms and conditions of Business or the contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Scotland.
