Hello and welcome to all the mamas who just joined. Please let me know what day suits you best (pinned comment).

A quick summary of why I started the page:

I'm Vanessa, ftm to a 1 year old. My partner is a glaswegian. My son and I moved over to Glasgow in March. We've been to a lot of the groups but they get so expensive and they are for the kids (which is fine). I was finding that I would sometimes chat to other mums in the group but beyond that, I was alone. No family, no friends, high anxiety and a new city.

I noticed more and more posts going up on the mums groups from mums feeling the same way. A lot of mum meetups are in very hard to reach places so I thought I would do something different. Our meet ups will be in the city centre so all ideas are welcome as to where we can meet.

This is not designed to take the place of Glasgow Mums group, more to bring us together on a more real level. I appreciate thar people are busy and we all have things on but we also need time for us. To have a chance to really talk and be heard by others going through similar things. ❤️
