📢Foam Roller - Do you use one?
👟I'm deep in to my training for the Glasgow Great Scottish Run 10k and to say my calves, quads and glutes are a bit sore would be an understatement.
Stretching just isn't enough when you are working your body this way. It's common to get calf pain when running...have a look at your feet position, or try running on softer surfaces, like grass.
A foam roller is great to support these sore muscles and help aid recovery. The foam roller helps to rehydrate your tired muscles.
If you have never used a foam roller before, message me and I can point you in the right direction 📩

Trust me when I say training with me is not that impersonal. I will get to know you, you will get to know me. I will educate you, you will educate me.
We will work out a plan and set goals to FitU and I will be more driven for you to get those results than you are.
