What if the most important skill for working with AI is being more human? I've been sitting with this question for longer than feels comfortable to admit.

As the year draws to a close, I want to take a moment to wish you a peaceful, joyful, and restorative festive season. To our clients, followers, and learners—thank you. Your trust, curiosity, encouragement, and presence have shaped this community in ways I’m deeply grateful for. None of this work exists in isolation, and it’s a privilege to grow, learn, and create alongside you.

This time of year invites us to slow down, to reconnect—with ourselves, with loved ones, and with what truly matters. May the days ahead offer space for rest, warmth, and meaningful connection, whether that’s found in quiet moments or shared celebrations.

Sunday.
Sitting in a sun filled garden, vibrant and alive, with scents of sage and lavender and rosemary floating through the air. My mind is drifting in and out of thoughts about the freedom to choose the life you with to live.

Remote working is always shown to be lush and exciting and free, yet it has its challenges. The in-between, the messy middles, the airport and airline stresses.

Yet, I'm grateful, I work hard and I have a core set of values to guide me as I navigate, nurture and advocate for remote work and Equality of Opportunity for all. What keeps you going even on the challenging days?

We are focussed on intention setting as we transition into 2025. The intention we are setting is simply to be more present. Give ourselves permission to be, to live, to rest, to play.

🏆 Shortlisted within the teams of Future Focus21c for COP28 Top 100 Global Solutions for Education awards AND #2024 Education Awards - Sustainability category! AND of for Best CSR Programme for Education at this year's GESS Education Awards for the Generation Ocean learning programme

🔐 Co-Designed + delivered our first Cyber Security courses with Code Division , helping boost workforce diversity, for this booming and crucial industry.

📈 Co-Created two data programmes for women that embedded ( ). 🧠 Our Neurodivergent Women in course, was one was the first of its kind, designed by , experts + holistic learning experts (us!).

📣 Co-Hosted with Code Division, events for in Glasgow, celebrating talent + proving and opportunities.

🎤 Presented at Data Science Festival in London in collaboaration with Code Division and futureCodersSE CIC AND at the Digital Nomad Conference and Fest in Donegal with NomadÉire and Dani Maletic

🍝 Faciliatated teacher training in Italy with The London School , and remotely for Rwandan teachers with NILE - Norwich Institute for Language Education and British Council promoting humanist and holistic language learning and development.

💸 Won a bid to co-host our own tech festival in Glasgow for 2025! (more details to be released soon👀)

📖 Collaborated on a resource at this year which is profoundly inspiration to anybody who lives and works as a Connector (i.e., facilitator, , community builder, or organiser of groups).

This year pushed us to 750+ learners supported so far. Designed counteless award winning resources and consulted on a number of meaningful and impactful projects. We’re truly only just getting started. 2025 will bring more courses. + opportunities to make more impactful learning opportunities and collaboration.
