đŤ From Corporate to Consciousness Mindsetâ How our biggest challenges can be transformational đŤ
I wrote a blog this week for the .are.ipa about my journey to becoming a Master Intuitive Psychology coach and I wanted share some of that within this post.
For years, I lived in my head â achieving, leading, delivering. From the outside, it looked like success.
But inside, I felt disconnected, drained, and unsure of who I was beneath it all.
Then life brought loss, and everything shifted.
Through grief, reflection, and deep inner work, I reconnected with my intuition and began exploring the deeper layers of consciousness and healing.
That journey led me to write and publish a book, train as an accredited coach and QHHT practitioner and then to the Intuitive Psychology Association, where I trained as a Master Intuitive Psychology Coach and discovered the power of Shadow Alchemy â a framework that helps us uncover the hidden parts of ourselves, break free from old patterns, and transform from the inside out.
Now, I help others do the same â to move beyond burnout, self-doubt, and strivingâŚand to step into calm, clarity, and authentic Your next chapter begins the moment you decide to lead from within.

Something I struggled with was getting out of my head when the working week was finished. Iâd look forward to Friday evening but often found I couldnât switch off until the Saturday and before I knew it, it was Monday morning again.
Thatâs why itâs important to make space to close your week, youâre not just pausing. You are giving your mind and body permission to let go of what theyâve been
From an intuitive psychology perspective, disconnecting at the end of the day isnât a luxury. It resets your nervous system, clears your subconscious loops, and gives your body permission to reset.
Just a few minutes with eyes closed, deep breathing, and setting the intention to let go can shift you from work mode into rest mode.
⨠The result?
More energy, more clarity, and more effectiveness tomorrow.

I used to believe that during the week I was in âwork modeâ. I accepted this as being busy all day and moving into my evenings thinking about my day, reflecting on meetings, conversations and what I still had to do. I thought I was present but my mind was often preoccupied. Iâd think âI can switch off at the weekendâ Who can relate?
Most of us leave the office but donât really leave work.
Our mind stays switched on, replaying emails, conversations, and to-do lists â which means we carry stress into the evening and start tomorrow already drained.
From an intuitive psychology perspective, disconnecting at the end of the day isnât a luxury. It resets your nervous system, clears your subconscious loops, and gives your body permission to reset.

đŤ ARE YOU LOOKING OUTSIDE OF YOURSELF FOR THE ANSWERS? đŤ
For years I did the same. In my corporate, analytical mindset I believed the solutions were always our there - in strategies, books or other peoples advice.
But the biggest shifts came when I learned to connect with my intuition and subconscious. I realised the answers were within me all along.
A simple way to experience this for yourself;
⨠Close your eyes, place a hand on your heart and take three deep breaths. Ask yourself the question âwhat do I need right now? Notice the first word, feeling or image that arises. This is your intuition speaking. Trust what comes up and notice how it feels in your body and where you feel it. The body always knows what the logical mind might not be aware of. Trust and act on your intuition.
The more you practice connecting with your intuition, the stronger it gets. The truth is you are already holding what you seek.
Science shows us that only 5% of our mind is conscious - the part we use for daily thinking. 95% is subconscious, quietly shaping our habits, beliefs and decision. Real transformation happens when we access the deeper subconscious and reconnect with our intuition. Thatâs where the magic happens â¨
