I will be beginning to offer Modern Studies tutoring (remotely via Teams and in-person in South Ayrshire) from October 2024.
This offer is open to National 5 and Higher pupils currently studying the subject who feel they may benefit from extra support and resources to succeed in Modern Studies this year. The same offer is also open to pupils studying Higher Politics.
I have a range of experience, including:
• Received an A in Higher Modern Studies and Higher Politics
• MA (Hons) International Relations and International Law, University of Edinburgh
• LLM International Human Rights Law and Development, University of Bradford (Distance-Learning)
• PVG-checked Youth Worker within the local Third Sector
• Experience of teaching and supporting pupils in Modern Studies across S1 to S6
• Understanding of working with neurodivergent pupils, in particular Autistic and ADHD young people
