absolutely killing her first 12 weeks of 2022 with these incredible results!! Continuing in a calorie deficit for the next 3 weeks, then 2 weeks In Mexico. Then we will have some clear goals in place in the run up to summer ๐
Paisley said โCanโt thank Mat enough for the last few months of training with him. I have never had a PT before and always felt nervous and almost uncomfortable to lift bigger weights in the gym but Mat makes me feel at ease. We work weekly on getting the right form and constantly improving my technique and making positive changes to my body. Hello Facebook, itโs been a while. I havenโt posted on social media in over 5 months. Iโve been really busy working with clients over that time and I just havenโt had much content to post that I feel would add value.
Iโve decided to start posting updates and content around my clients progress. The aim is the celebrate their success and hopefully add some motivation for people as well.

97 days since they closed gyms again for the 3rd time in the space of 12 months. Hopefully now with the vaccines being rolled out and us getting closer each day to heard immunity. I am very excited to get back in the gym with all my clients! I look forward to seeing you all over the coming weeks! ๐๐๐๐ป

Iโm not going to write a long post and focus on the negative, instead I am going to focus on the positive. I have my health, my family, my friends my amazing clients and 2 jobs I love! We will all get though this together, just like before!

I would also like to thank for being a great place to run my business and to for being a friend and doing an a fantastic job in running the gym, especially these past 12 months!

Whatโs included in my personal training services?

I am sure you have seen PTs advertise pretty similar services to what I offer. Itโs not a bad thing, itโs what we are here to do! I do just want to highlight 3 key areas where my services will likely differ from others.

1. Nutrition - I will not just hand you a regimented nutrition plan and ask you to follow it for 8, 10 or 12 weeks religiously. I will educate you, teach you so you can understand the fundamentals and never need a โdiet planโ ever again.

2. Training - each session will be tailored to you and your goals. I will teach you correct form and positioning first and foremost. Any injuries or limitations will be worked around to help you progress and improve your fitness.

3. Check-ins - I check in with my clients on a monthly basis, here we discuss progress since last month and look ahead to the month ahead. Goals set, static/active measurements taken which allows my clients to constantly improve and work towards their long-term goal.

My client has made some huge changes & improvements not only her physique but also how much she enjoys being active and keeping fit! The top pictures are when we worked together last year in preparation for her going to work abroad. Bottom row are just before the second lockdown. Not only is she leaner but she is more knowledge, has a better relationship with food and best of all, she is happy! Super proud and excited to see what we can do in 2021!! ๐๐ช๐ป

Iโve been extremely quiet on socials over the past 4-5 months. Focusing on my clients and teaching since then has taken up pretty much all of my time. Now coming to the end of the 2nd lockdown, I am more excited than ever to get back into the gym with all my clients!

2020 has been an incredibly strange year to say the least. I am looking forward to the months ahead but before we go into 2021 I want to end this year on a high! I will be working in the gym again with all my clients from Wednesday! Along with that, I am going to run a competition before Christmas to end the year on a high and give someone the option to win some coaching ready for January 2021!
