Also used as a noun, as in 'to be a faff' (to be a task which is far too difficult for the amount of reward you will get for performing the task e.g. peeling potatoes or setting up a new account on a company website etc). What things do you find 'faffy'?!?

FAFFING. Some of my non-UK ladies weren't familiar with this term (one I use a lot) so I've created a little explanatory post for you.

Cures include looming deadlines, threats of fines and a sudden realisation you need to sell something quickly (or else).

Feel free to tag someone who may need reminding to stop faffing...

Let's talk about New Year's resolutions.. have you made any?! Have you broken them yet? This year I've resolved to procrastinate less (verb - to delay taking action, to wait until later, to put off something; noun - procrastination). I do get easily distracted by Facebook, the fridge, WhatsApp messages on my phone, anything really!! This year I'm going to 'get on with it'. What about you?
