I am based in Tyne and Wear in the North East of England.

With over a decade of working within the NHS as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, I am experienced in working with people to make changes that improve their lives. I now work with a more specific aim of improving wellbeing by decluttering and reorganising the environment we live in.
