We are a group of parents and teachers that meet regularly to raise funds and do lots of cool stuff for the kids at Strike Lane School

A huge thank you from the Friends to everyone who contributed to the success of last week's Summer Fair. Despite the last minute change of plan due to the weather, there was a fantastic turn-out and together we raised over £1,100 for school funds. This would not have been possible if it weren't for the generosity of all our sponsors who kindly donated some fantastic raffle prizes, and to everyone who donated items for the stalls. Also, thanks to everyone who supported the Fair on the day and to all the staff and volunteers who helped to set up and run the event. The support and generosity of everyone is greatly appreciated and will make a real difference to all the pupils of Strike Lane.

Join us next week on Thursday 26 March for our egg‑cellent Easter Bingo at Strike Lane Primary School, running from 5pm – 6:30pm.

£10 for 6 books (10 games per book)
£2 for a single book

All proceeds go directly to supporting the school!

🎉 We’re excited to share that last week’s school summer fair raised an amazing £1,477!

A huge thank you to everyone who donated raffle prizes, items for the stalls and cakes, for those of you who helped on the day — and of course to everyone who came along to support the event.

It was a fantastic day, and every penny raised goes straight to the school. We hope you had as much fun as we did!

🍫 Non-uniform Day this Friday! 🍫

Don’t forget – this Friday is non-uniform day in exchange for a chocolate donation for our Chocolate Raffle Stall at the Summer Fair!

🗓️ When: Friday 3:30–5:00pm
📍 Where: Junior playground
🎟️ Why: All funds raised go directly to support our school!

The Summer Fair will be packed with fun activities, great prizes and there's something for everyone – so come along, bring your family and enjoy a fantastic afternoon! 😃
