An excellent night working with the Skills for Work NPA Professional Cookery students, great team who worked extremely hard to cook for their families, school teachers and representatives and WHC staff. Huge thanks to all the students and to a couple NC 4 Hospitality students and our lecturer Micheal who came along to help serve and keep our guest comfortable and well looked after. The students of all 3 professional cookery and hospitality at levels at West Highland College cooked and served dinner for the UHI Partnership Council.
The evening was a great success with great dishes being produced and served.
Well done to all those involved.
