🕊️ In Loving Memory of Fr Jim Moore 🕊️

We extend our heartfelt condolences to the family, friends and parish communities of Fr Jim Moore on his sad passing.

Fr Jim gave so much to the Parish of Donacavey and to our school community here in St Lawrence’s Primary School. He supported our children in their faith journey with kindness, encouragement and genuine care.

We will remember Fr Jim with great fondness and immense gratitude for all he did for our parish, our school and our children.

May his gentle soul rest in peace. 🕯️🙏

The Diocese of Clogher mourns the death earlier this morning of Fr Jim Moore, Parish Priest of Clones and also Parish Priest of Killeevan-Currin- Aghabog. Fr Jim died in hospital in Belfast following a lengthy illness which he bore with great dignity.

The wait is almost over… tomorrow morning our school will once again be filled with smiling faces, excited chatter and the sound of children back where they belong! 💙

⚽🏆 Foyle Cup Success! 🏆⚽
A huge congratulations to all of the children from St Lawrence’s PS who took part in this year’s Foyle Cup. We are incredibly proud of your commitment, teamwork, determination and sportsmanship throughout the tournament.
A special mention goes to Peadar and Cormac, whose team Tummery U8s were crowned Foyle Cup Vase Winners 2026. What a fantastic achievement! 👏🏅
Congratulations also to Oliver and Jarlath, whose team Tummery U9s won the Foyle Plate during the tournament. A wonderful success and a reward for all your hard work and dedication. ⚽🏆
Well done to each and every player who represented their clubs so proudly. We love celebrating your achievements both in and out of school and look forward to hearing about many more sporting successes in the year ahead.
