Happy Coosday!

Just taking 5 mins to pop my feet up as it's been productive day ahead today in the craft shed getting lots of lovely orders completed before Mr CherryGrove has holidays next week......I suppose I better spend a few days with him 🤣

As it's getting colder it time to dig out the slippers to keep my tootsies roasty toasty!

They match our Christmas coo cushion perfectly......don't you think?? 🐮

With the school holidays here in Scotland, I'm curious… have you been pumpkin picking yet, or are your Halloween decorations already up? 👻

My handmade velvet pumpkins are still available in Plush Purple, Emerald Green and Silver, with two sizes to choose from. They're a lovely way to bring a little autumn colour into your home and can be enjoyed year after year.

Good morning

On this, World mental health day, how are you, I mean really how are you? This is a subject that is so very close to my heart.

I find that in the ever increasing digital world it is so important to take that time out for you. I of course learnt the hard way way back in 2019, but I absolutely love that crafting got me out of a very bleak time and I can now do it every day as my wee venture.

Running a small business just now is incredibly hard and recently I've had the signs of burn out creeping in again but this time instead of plodding on I took action and now down tools at a reasonable hour and make time for me. Its not selfish, it's self love.

So what do you do to look after you?

Remember its okay to be not okay. ❤

And we are back!!

Thank you everyone for your patience and understanding during our absence last week.

It's been fantastic to get back to making up all your lovely orders of bowl cosies and I'll get onto cushions and personalised bunting next.

🕑Opening hours update🕑

Finally we are home after a couple of days in RACH Aberdeen.

Firstly grateful thanks to all the staff at paediatric assessment unit and surgical ward for their care looking after our wee star. Also to Ian at Laurencekirk Medical Centre for his prompt action.

She's doing grand but still in a wee bit of pain so mum cuddles for the rest of the week, therefore we will remain closed until hopefully Monday.

Thank you for all your lovely messages and for your understanding on delayed orders etc, I really do have the best customers in the world ❤️

P.s. Isn't her wee cat amazing that she painted from her bed yesterday. You can tell she was missing Simba cat🐈

It's been a busy start to the week in the craft shed! 🧵

After a flurry of bowl cosy orders over the weekend, I’ve been busy making, making and making!

I love creating these little bowl cosies, and I’m especially delighted knowing they’ll soon be making their way into homes ready for those colder days ahead.

There’s something very comforting about a warm bowl of soup when the weather starts to turn chilly… and even better when your hands stay cosy too! 🥰

Thank you so much for keeping me busy — every order really does mean a lot. ❤️
