New on our website: Reading Leaders Visit Kings Park Care Home

Today, our new KS2 reading leaders visited Kings Park Care Home to read to the residents. Although it was their first time, the children overcame their nerves and impressed the residents with their reading. We look forward to our next visit, after half term.

New on our website: Writing in Year 2

This week in writing, the children have been recapping nouns and adjectives to create expanded noun phrases. As a class, we went for a walk in our school garden to spot the nouns. We found trees, a shed, a ladybird and flowers. However, when we looked back at our pictures,
