Day 5 of Airman Leadership School for 26-G was all about teamwork!

During our Teams lesson, students put their skills into action through a schoolhouse-wide competition that mixed all five flights together, challenging them to communicate, collaborate, and accomplish the mission as one team... to build the tallest paper tower. Hang tight to find out who won!!! 🎖️

Class 26-G also had the opportunity to spend one-on-one time with our Chief Mentor, CMSgt Jessica Cambron from the 100th MSG, gaining valuable leadership insight and mentorship.

💪 To finish the day, students honored A1C William H. Pitsenbarger, Medal of Honor recipient and Air Force Pararescueman, with a PT session consisting of nine rounds representing the nine lives he rescued during combat in Vietnam. 🇺🇸

What a great start to Airman Leadership School Class 26-G!

Today marked the first day students across all five flights spent with their instructors and classmates. From making new connections and getting to know their teams, Day 1 was all about laying the foundation for a great course ahead.

We’re excited to see these future leaders learn, grow, and make memories along the way! 💙

🇺🇸 Today marked Class 26-F’s final retreat, a fitting way to close out five weeks of growth, leadership, and teamwork.

Tomorrow, they’ll cross the stage and officially graduate from Airman Leadership School as the next generation of NCOs.

🎓 Stay tuned for the Graduation Ceremony Livestream tomorrow at 6:00 PM BST! We can’t wait to celebrate Class 26-F and recognize their accomplishments.
