The misconception of silence as an implication of consent has dire consequences. At TalkConsent, we emphasise the importance of ENTHUSIASTIC CONSENT. We should aim to gain clear verbal and non-verbal consent in order to maintain a healthy, comfortable interactions.

Getting enthusiastic consent and checking in lets us know our partner is enjoying themselves too. What’s more sexy than that?!
All young people need to understand this, the alternative of assuming consent is NOT an option.
