I once got asked as I wear so many rainbows if it means I'm LGBTQIA+.

I explained that rainbows are for all to enjoy, spreading joy, whilst also being allies.

I liked this logo of having toilets for all.
Shapes and sizes for all (whilst )
Helping us fit together without labels or categories.
Adding colour to the page.
Making mistakes and trying anyway, whether it is understanding another culture, person, way of life or perspective.

Don't understand something? Ask. Learn. Share. Read. Be open minded. Be savvy. Expand your horizons. It's the way to defeat prejudice, myths, assumptions, 'isms' by finding common ground and empathy.

Thinking of all the wondrous textures, scents, sounds, flavours, sights out there to explore. It's the same with people who make up this wonderful world.

Places like (last two photos) help bring everyone together through music, dance, art and workshops.

I'll start sharing more soon of the workshops I lead on wellbeing, inclusivity, kindness and connection.

be kindly curious and learn something about someone else, you might be surprised.

What are your happy moments?
What activities make your smile, or even laugh heartily?
Moments are just that, fleeting, so the more we can identify which activities or people bring more of those moments then that's valuable to know.

Here are a few things that have led to happy moments:
- Friends and family, even better if a tombola or raffle and a tiny foot is involved!
- Time in nature, seeing and smelling brightly coloured flowers and recently an invitation to visit my neighbours' abundant allotment.
- Parcels of delicious food especially when
- Making new friends at activities and piecing bits of information together to link them up, everywhere I go!
- Artwork, either mine or someone else's. This weekend is which I will enjoy.
- Having fun out and about with escape rooms, treasure hunts, bumping into new faces.
- Going to the theatre, live gigs, musicals, singing, dancing, hearing poetry and stories being told.
- giving gifts to wonderful kind people on the world and celebrating time spent together.
- moments of bliss on holiday with a sleeping child, as a couple indulging in a game of scrabble, sweet dessert wine and a roaring fire (it was Autumn).

reflect on what moments you have that bring good thoughts, kind people and happy moments in your life and do more of that.

With all the political changes, all I can hope for is more kindness in decision making.

Kindness in treating all people, animals and the planet with respect and love.
Kindness, love and support for our health care, health workers, our teachers, our charity, hospitality and cultural sector.
Kindness and appreciation for all of the arts and those creators.
Kindness and respect to protect our animals, our wildlife and our planet.
Kindness to embrace other humans as our kin.

Stepping away from fear, hoarding and separation.

I'm proud to work in a field of wellbeing, helping others and improving lives.

All decisions are made by individuals. We can step towards better ways of life and key jobs being better rewarded and prioritised.

Thinking:
What's the kindest decision?
How can those decisions best help the most vulnerable in our society and across the world?
What's the kindest thing I can do right now?

We are leaders in our own world too, how can we make small steps to make our world a more inclusive, caring and kind space?

hope for and actively embrace kindness as the way forward.

As the summer fetes come into full force, remembering meeting the smiley and creative and how much joy our whole family get from listening to, reading and sharing stories. In the heat as well libraries are such a great spot to get some relief from the heat and curl up with a story.

Going to a gig on my own reminded me of how it's a great chance to make new connections and meet new super interesting wonderful people. Here are some I'm met on my travels.
- 1st displaying in flight at a previous
- The beautiful with her earrings and dazzling smile
- Also stunning by the butterflies in London
- And offering free hugs and photos to capture more of these joyful moments.

open your eyes to the colourful spectacle out there to be seen in our wonder-full humans and maybe stop and tell them so.

Rest. Deep rest. That's what the gorgeous Kate (in yellow) .circlesessions endorses. Cyclical living. Putting down before you pick up. I've had the pleasure of her company and meeting lovely people like those in green and pink here (demonstrating ) during various journaling workshops with and without babies/toddlers including an online session today.

find someone to remind you to rest.

It's . With a profile talking about happiness, joy, colour and energy it is important to share that we, including me, are all human and joy is just one of the emotions and feelings.

Fear, sadness, anxiety, disappointment, overwhelm, anger, frustration, exhaustion, depression and more, all form part of this experience of life for me too. I created this page to help foster genuine kind human connection and help others build their confidence to go out there and give something new a try, even if it's just smiling at someone who looks friendly. That's a great first step towards more human connection and kindness. It might also transform someone's moment.

I will be sharing more about my experiences and my training in the area of wellbeing including workshops.

Friends are often walking along with me and I stop, spot someone incredible and go bounding over to an unsuspecting human being to tell them how I LOVE their colour scheme/outfit/ 💛💚💕/ / /eye makeup /shoes/smile/energy... and the list goes on and how it brightened my day, like walking art! I ask if they're ok with me taking a photo to share with others how their choice that day has brought a smile to my face (and probably someone else who hasn't said it)! Sometimes it takes me months to share. Thank you to - my latest person to appreciate! And thanks to everyone before her. 🥰

open your mouth and share with someone the compliment in your head. You never know what effect it might have on you and them. Most of the time it's likely to give you a nice warm connected feeling inside and them too!
