South Farnham Educational Trust is looking for a School Business Manager (Primary) to join our team at South Farnham School — a high-performing split-site primary.

This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role where you’ll oversee finance, HR, administration, compliance, procurement, IT systems, estates and health & safety, working closely with the CFO, Headteacher and Central Trust Team.

We’re looking for a proactive professional with school-based experience, strong organisational and communication skills, and a passion for supporting excellence in education.

💼 Salary: Range 31–35 (£41,857 – £47,954) based on experience
⏱️ Contract: Full-time, permanent

Brighton Hill Leads the Way!!

Headteacher Chris Edwards and the team at Brighton Hill Community School are leading a powerful movement to support young men — rebuilding confidence, purpose and belonging through The GOAT (Greatest of All The) Boys project.

The initiative connects male mentors from across the community to inspire and guide young people, addressing one of today’s most pressing challenges for schools nationwide.

What began as a local idea has now gained national attention, with more than 150 mentors signed up.
