1 YEAR Anniversary TODAY

Wow, it is a year since the sun set for you Dad. The time seems to have flown by.

You had a great life moving from Guyana 🇬🇾 to a foreign country to be with your love, mum & start a new life together. You made the most of your life travelling when to opportunity arose. I enjoyed the family holidays most especially the last one we had together in Spain. You were up for playing table tennis outdoors but in the shade and you managed to beat you son 🏆

You were always there for me picking sense out of nonsense, being my wise owl. You looked forward to attending my Aqua Aerobics class on Thursdays it was our thing we did together. I miss those times. You were active to the end & never gave up.

You were a caring, loving dad but always cared about everyone else more than yourself. You made a lasting impression with everyone who knew you.

I miss you dad and although I wish you were still here, I know you are out of pain & in a better place. I still keep all the memories in my head & heart. You are unforgettable. I still feel your love, kindness & wisdom surrounding me. I love you dearly & miss you so much 💔❤️‍🩹 I hope I do you proud & carry on your legacy of loving, caring & kindness.

As the song says ' still think you left too soon but I thank you for your time, heaven's lucky to have so was I.' Thank you for being my dad. ❤️
