Charlie's Angels, Baby & Toddler Group We are a warm and friendly group open to Mums, Dads, Carers,Children and of course Babies! Meet in the Church Hall in New Street, Falmouth, TR11 3HX.

Every Thursday in School term time. 9.30 am till 11.30am. £1 per family group.

Hello! I hope everyone is doing well and keeping safe. I wanted to update our group with the news that during the pandemic we had our second baby and moved to Exeter so if there is a parent or guardian out there that would like to lead the group from September, please do get in touch, either with me or with the church. Running the group is really not a demanding task at all and I'd be happy to talk you through it over a zoom call. I have spoken with the KCM church warden and they do not think it'll be possible to run the group before September as cases are still rising in Falmouth and beyond. If you have any questions, you can also get in touch with them directly (the King Charles's website doesn't seem to be working for me but you can find them on facebook).

Hi everyone, as you might expect we will not be running the group until further notice. We all need to be practising social distancing as much as possible, and we need to consider all the different communities that use the space and how best to avoid putting them at risk, not to mention looking out for any potential vulnerable individuals amongst our group or amongst our families and extended networks outside the group. I didn't see this coming when I announced I will have to hand over at the end of March, and this feels too abrupt an end, so it's not the end! When everything feels safe again, I will run the group for a couple of weeks and ask people again to come forward and take over. Stay home, stay safe, stay connected, and act ethically and responsibly because it looks like this is too big an ask for this government. If you find that you have contracted the virus or that you have to care for someone who has - stay strong.

If you need anything, don't hesitate to message me. My family is sadly (but maybe thankfully?) far away, so is my partner's, we are in good health and avoiding much exposure, so if you find yourselves stuck, lonely, and need some help but can't turn to your usual contacts, contact me.

Group is on tomorrow as usual, 9.30-11.30. £1 for tea/coffee/biscuits and lots of toys for the little ones. Please remember that I'll step down end of March - so if you are interested in running the group (with help from all of us!) or want to know what is involved, come speak to me very soon!

Hi all, thanks to everyone for coming along today (it was busy!) and helping out with everything - it's a team effort every Thursday! I am afraid I will not be able to lead the group after March; we are away for 3 weeks in April and then moving houses, so while I'd still like to join you most weeks, I will not be able to commit to running it every Thursday. Thursday is my only day with Anna out of work/nursery, and while we both love the group, it is getting bit tiring having to get ready to leave the house and commit to the task on our day off; April, with our travels and house moving, feels like a natural end for me.

If you'd like to take over, or you have any ideas about how the group can continue, please let me know here or message me or in person in the next few weeks. It'd be a shame to lose the group, especially when on days like today it is full of buzz (though I love the quiet relaxing sessions, too!) The volunteers will always be there to help and I'll still be around and helping in any way I can (you can def ring me for the door code or to ask where the coffee filters are - there's not much more to it than that and as you will have noticed the group runs itself most days!) Hi all! It's half term, but our group will be on this week, 20th Feb, 9.30-11.30! If you are considering bringing along older children, please be mindful and respectful of all the tiny babies and toddlers we usually have around, and consider bringing along an activity to keep the older kids occupied.
