Day 2 of the 71st International match between 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 and 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 saw 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 fight back to win the day 5 to 3 and retain the trophy 8.5 to 7

Thank you to Glasgow GC for allowing us to play at Gailes Links,The Gailes Hotel for accommodating both teams, and Roll On Golf for showing their mobile golf simulator.

It wasnt all about the golf, but about spending quality time in the company of fellow golf club managers.

After day 1 of the 71st international match between 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 & 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿, 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 lead 4.5pts to 3.5pts.

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 need 4 more points to win the trophy, with 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 needing 4.5pts to retain.

An excellent day at Cathkin Braes GC with an informal 8 a side match between our Associate Members and the Legacy Group from BIGGA.

Course in magnif8cent c9ndition and matched by the clubhouse service. Thank you to Chris Smith and his team for looking after the group.

And the result?

Came down to the last match and a win for CMAE Scotland 2.5 to 1.5.

All matches were xlose with one tie and three with a 2&1 outcome.
