We had a very cute graduation ceremony for Reception to mark the end of a fabulous year - not for the children but for their loyal soft toy companions! The bunnies and teddies are now looking forward to a cosy retirement at home while their owners move on to Year One! Well done Reception, what a year it has been!

Wren Chicks had an amazing trip to Sea Life last week! The children were fascinated by the penguins and mesmerised by the jellyfish, and it was wonderful to see them confidently recalling and applying so much of the knowledge they have gained through our topic learning. Experiences like this bring learning to life, providing valuable enrichment opportunities while creating lots of excitement, curiosity, and fun along the way!

We had a beautiful morning in our lovely Forest School where we released our butterflies today. The children have loved this topic, showing curiosity with questions like “How long is a butterfly’s tongue?”! Watching the process of metamorphosis up close was a lovely enrichment to our learning. 🐛🦋
