Open Day Afternoon

On Tuesday 12th May @ 3:30 we will be holding a Chestnut Nursery School open afternoon for the parents/carers/children of new families considering coming to Chestnut.

During the Open Day Afternoon you will have the chance to meet our team of highly qualified staff, including our Executive Head, teachers, SendCo, Family Services Lead and Federation Business Manager.
You will also have the opportunity to look around our setting, including both our indoor and outdoor areas and see the types of learning experiences, activities/play provision we can offer your child.

HMRC working entitlement deadline 31st March 2026 - Information for childcare providers This is a reminder that if you have any new children that want to claim working entitlement funding from the 1st April 2026 (summer term) they will need to have applied and received their working entitlement code from HMRC by 31st March 2026.

Unfortunately West Exe Nursery School's Stay and Play is cancelled this week (Friday 13th March).

Our next session will take place on Friday 20th March.

Please note that this is a bookable group, so spaces must be reserved in advance.

Due to flooding, some staff are experiencing difficulty getting in this morning. As a result, the nursery will open at 10:00am today.
