I am so looking forward to offering this deliciously nourishing Nature & Wellbeing session at Ash Rescue Centre (ARC) August 21st 1pm-4pm.
This is the third year in a row I have held it with ARC, and it is fully funded by social prescribing.
The land at ARC is so supportive and restorative. As a group we will gently connect through our senses with nature, connect with each other, and explore some nature-based creative invitations. The session will end with some tea and the most scrumptious cake!
