It’s been a great season for Heavitree Park Yoga and it’s the season finale this Sunday. Not too late to join us! We’ll be in the park, 10-11am and everyone is welcome!

No need to book, just turn up with a mat or blanket and have a go at some gentle movement, mindfulness and breathing.

And, as it’s our last week, there will be cake and Yogi Tea bags, so if you’d like to stay for tea after, please do.

As always, sessions are free, but donations to Park Yoga can be made by card, to show your support for this wonderful charity.

If you haven’t made it to Park Yoga yet, there’s still time! Tomorrow and next Sunday, we’ll be in the park in Heavitree, 10-11am. No experience needed, no fancy mat or leggings. Just turn up with a towel, blanket, mat and enjoy moving and breathing together in a beautiful environment. Sessions are free, with optional donations and open to everyone.

These sessions are for you and your feedback helps us to make improvements and just get an idea of how you’re feeling. Because the groups are so big, it’s not easy to get to talk to everyone each week, though I’m always available at the end to chat. I can’t believe it’s almost the end of the season! But there are still three weeks of Park Yoga left. If you haven’t been before, that’s completely fine, as the sessions are drop in and open to everybody. Come and try us out. Bring a mat, blanket or towel and experience yoga outside in the beautiful surroundings of our local park 😊

🫶 This year we've hit an incredible milestone of over 100,000 attendances this summer!

💚 We could never have imagined we'd be supporting so many people's wellbeing when we started 10 years ago. Thanks to every participant, instructor, volunteer and partner who's helped us achieved this.

🌷 Park Yoga brings free, accessible yoga to communities all over the UK and we can't wait to see everyone for the final 3 weeks of the season.
