You don’t have to come from as far as Scotland like these ladies did, but if you’re out of town one week, there are now 75 Park Yoga venues around the country. They’re all listed at Parkyoga.co.
Meanwhile, I’m looking forward to seeing you in the park at Heavitree tomorrow, 10-11am.

Great photo of two regular Park Yoga attendees. It’s always so good to see new people and returners at the sessions - drop in any or every Sunday between now and mid September 😊

Thank you to everyone who has made a donation this season so far 😊 At its core, Park Yoga is free and open to everyone. We’re able to offer sessions for free, because of your donations. Even a small donation is greatly appreciated. At the same time, there is no expectation for people to donate. I’m always so grateful for your presence, even when the skies are as dark as they are in this photo!

Start your Sunday in the park with Park Yoga and stay for a catch up with friends. This tree was very popular last Sunday! It looks like it’s going to be another sunny morning tomorrow, but there’s always shade in our lovely park. Looking forward to seeing you there, tomorrow, 10-11am. It’s open to everyone and free, with an optional donation 😊

It’s going to be a hot one tomorrow: the perfect morning for some yoga in the park and an iced coffee or tea at the cafe after. Looking forward to seeing you there. Just turn up with a mat, blanket or towel and sunscreen 😊

💚 Park Yoga are thrilled to be supporting Age UK’s Act Now, Age Better campaign.
🧠 wants to get all of us thinking, talking and taking actions that are going to help us age in the best way possible.
🧘♀️ As partners in the campaign, we’re here to help you take those first steps towards a healthier, happier life in a way that suits you best.
🫶 In 2025, 41% of our participants were over the age of 55 (1% were over 75 🙂), so you won't be alone in joining us.
