One of the lessons focuses on how loneliness creates monsters, the takeaway is that "Ambition shouldn't come at the cost of human connection" and how "Nurturing relationships and showing kindness are just as important as chasing goals"

This lesson reflects why I created the Southwest Collaborators Networking Events. In this space, people can come together without competition, instead people bring support, share advice and encourage each other.
