Here’s what’s on my mind-I’m very aware some of us just need a little prop up to keep our heads above the water. So I’m doing ‘movemeber’ running 60k spread over November to raise awareness for us blokes and our mental health. My doors always open and phones always on (vibrate , so keep trying!! Also I dunno how but I get missed calls and it doesn’t even ring!). Also doing a few press ups for our prostates aswell … so fellas … check yourselves! Anyways if your feeling like it’s all getting too much - give us a shout, we’ll go for a chat, run, press ups or anything just don’t bottle it up. Ged
