We are looking for a friendly, organised and enthusiastic Part-Time Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our dedicated team.

As the first point of contact for parents, pupils and visitors, you will play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming environment while supporting the day-to-day administration of our school.

📍 Position: Part-Time Administrative Assistant/ Receptionist
🕒 Hours: Thursday & Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm (45-minute lunch break)
📅 Contract: Term Time + 2 Weeks
🤝 Location: St Paul's

We're looking for someone who:
✅ Has excellent communication and customer service skills
✅ Is well organised and able to manage competing priorities
✅ Works effectively both independently and as part of a team
✅ Has a positive, flexible and professional approach
