Today we visited our local park where our little ones had a wonderful time exploring nature 🌿

They loved playing alongside their peers, sharing lots of giggles and laughter throughout the day. From ball games and skipping to playing chase and even a cheeky race or two, there was plenty of fun to go around!

We also enjoyed having our lunch outside, soaking up the beautiful sunshine ☀️

A lovely day full of fresh air, friendship, and happy memories 💛

I’m so proud to share my latest grading from Tiney 🥰

I have been rated Good Childminder and Outstanding in Behaviour & Wellbeing, and I couldn’t be happier with this feedback.

When I first started this journey, I never imagined how much I would grow, both personally and professionally. Childminding is more than just a job to me – it’s something I truly love doing every single day. Watching the children learn, grow, and become confident little people is the most rewarding feeling.

Over time I’ve also been able to expand my setting, and I feel incredibly lucky to now have my amazing assistant Gemma Brett working alongside me. She is fantastic with the children and such a wonderful support. I’m so grateful to have her as part of the team and helping to make our setting such a caring and happy environment.

I am also incredibly grateful to all the families who trust me with their precious little ones. Your support means the world to me, and I feel so lucky to be part of your children’s early years.

Thank you for believing in me and supporting my journey. I’m so excited to continue learning, growing, and giving the children the best start possible. 💜

Wow! On Thursday 18th December we had an amazing Christmas party with all our friends at Staceystineylearners2023 . It was such a fun and magical day, and I really enjoyed the morning.

We invited all our mummies and daddies along, and it made me so happy 😁 to see all our parents come together and enjoy the time with us while getting into the Christmas spirit 🎄🎅.

We took part in a variety of arts and crafts, had Christmas songs playing in the background, and even received a very special visit from the big man himself — Santa🎅 — along with one of his special elves🧝

29th July 2025 ☀️ 🌻

Today was one of those simple, beautiful days that we’ll remember for a long time. We spent time exploring our local sunflower 🌻 maze, surrounded by golden blooms swaying in the breeze. Along the way, we discovered tiny ladybirds nestled among the leaves and gently collected a few, marveling at their delicate charm. We also picked fresh flowers, each one chosen with love for the special people in our lives. It was a peaceful, joy-filled day spent in nature — full of sunshine, laughter, and little moments that made our hearts full.

24th July 2025 🧯🚒

We had the best time this morning visiting our local fire station with all our childminding friends and parents! 🚒👨‍🚒

The children had an absolute blast taking turns using the hose — and of course, spraying their friends with giggles all around! I even dressed up in the firefighter gear to show the children what they wear when heading out to help others.

A big thank you to the lovely firefighter who told us all about their busy day, how quickly they have to get dressed and ready, and what it takes to be out the door in minutes. The kids were so excited when the sirens went off and the blue lights flashed — such a fun and educational morning for everyone! 💦🔥💙

✨ Come on in and meet Gemma Brett! ✨

We’re so excited to share that Gemma will be joining us in October as my assistant. Some of our families have already had the chance to meet her, and now we can officially welcome her to the team!

Gemma and I go way back—we worked together in a previous role, and I’ve known her for many years. She is fantastic at what she does, and I just know the children are going to love her. 💕

For now, Gemma will be with us three days a week. She’s also a proud mummy to two beautiful little boys, which makes her extra amazing at connecting with little ones.

We’re so looking forward to welcoming Gemma to our team and can’t wait for you all to get to know her! 🩷

What a wonderful day we had at the zoo with our friends Staceystineylearners2023 ! The air was filled with laughter and cheerful chatter as we strolled through the park together. One of the highlights was definitely the parrots — we were all so surprised (and delighted!) when they started repeating “hello” back to us. It had everyone giggling, especially the children, who couldn’t stop talking to them, trying to hear their funny little replies again and again. Their faces lit up with excitement!

There were so many giggles throughout the day, but one of the funniest moments was when one of our little ones spotted a cheeky monkey and decided to call it “Dean” after their uncle! That had all the children in stitches, laughing and pointing, making the moment even more memorable.

Afterwards, the kids set off to explore the rest of the park, their energy endless as they discovered new animals and enjoyed every moment of the adventure. It was such a joyful, heartwarming day — full of smiles, surprises, and memories we’ll treasure for a long time. 🦜🐒🌞✨

So I’ve been super quiet on my social media’s and only been posting here and there.

We’ve been super busy here at we’ve had my sister welcoming a beautiful baby boy into the world 🌍 back in March, we’ve had our second inspection, followed by a well needed family holiday to Tenerife back in May ☀️

I just wanted to share some wonderful news with all my families and friends. This April, I received my second QA visit, and I’m happy to announce with you all that we’ve achieved another “ GOOD “ rating!
